Service Completion & Payment Terms 

By receiving services from Oasis Turf & Tree, you agree that all invoices are due within 30 days of the completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing. Payments not received within this 30-day period may be subject to late fees or finance charges at the company’s discretion. 

If payment remains outstanding beyond 60 days, Oasis Turf & Tree may: 

• Apply late fees 

• Pause or discontinue services 

• Place the account on hold 

• Forward the balance to a third-party collections agency 

If you anticipate difficulty making payment, please contact our office promptly so we can assist. 

Cancellation of Services 

You may cancel services at any time by contacting our office. Services already completed will still be billed and due under the payment terms above. 

Satisfaction Guarantee 

We strive to deliver the highest-quality lawn and tree care services. If you are not satisfied with a treatment, please notify us and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
