We'll complete your initial treatment and leave you with detailed service notes outlining the areas treated, products applied, cultural practice recommendations, and any observations or concerns we identify along the way. 

Yes, after every service, our technicians provide detailed post-service notes outlining the work completed on your lawn. These notes are sent through your preferred method of communication for easy access and reference.

Yes, our treatments are safe for children and pets once they have dried. We recommend keeping children and pets off the lawn for approximately one hour after treatment and confirming the area is dry before resuming normal activity. 

Once your form is submitted, a Turf & Tree Specialist will personally reach out to discuss your lawn’s needs. We’ll follow up up to three times, but we’ll never overwhelm you with calls or messages. If we don’t connect, we’ll pause communication and leave the next step in your hands.
