These reports, sent to you through email or text, not only keeps you updated on what is happening with your property, but also help educate you about lawn conditions, issues, and maintenance practices you may not be familiar with.
When servicing your property, our technicians first review any notes associated with your account to ensure they are aware of any specific instructions or concerns.
Then we inspect the lawn, checking conditions such as:

● It’s too hot for our technicians to work safely outdoors
● There's heavy rainfall
If we need to reschedule a treatment, we will work to do so at the earliest available opportunity, typically by the next business day or at a time that is most convenient for the customer.
The same policy applies if the homeowner chooses to reschedule or cancel their treatment. Homeowners will not accrue any fees for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
To avoid unnecessary travel and preparation, we kindly ask that customers inform us prior to the technician's arrival if they wish to reschedule or cancel their service.
While every lawn is unique, most homeowners begin to see noticeable improvements after 14 days. Over the course of a year, the cumulative benefits of our treatments take effect.
