During your first two weeks, you'll be paid your guaranteed hourly rate while completing hands-on training and learning our processes, equipment, and service standards. |

Performance-Based Pay |
After training, you'll transition to our performance-based pay system. Instead of earning an hourly wage, you'll have the opportunity to earn more based on performance. |

10% Commission |
Technicians start out earning 10% commission on the revenue they generate through completed services, rewarding efficiency and productivity. |

Example of Higher Earnings |
If you complete $10,000 in production during a 40-hour work week, your 10% commission equals $1,000, which equals $25.00 per hour, more than the guaranteed hourly rate. |

New technicians may not immediately reach higher production levels. For example, completing $6,000 in production in a 40-hour week would equal $600 in commission, or $15.00 per hour if paid on commission alone. But we don't stop here. |

Because we hire technician positions without certifications, earning additional certifications will have a positive impact on your salary or hourly wage at Oasis Turf & Tree.

Paid Time Off
Team members receive 2-5 days of paid time off for emergencies that begin to accumulate after their first 90-day period.
Paid Vacation Time
Team members are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation in their first year of employment. An additional paid vacation day is awarded on each work anniversary.
Team members are eligible for up to 16 hours of paid volunteer time off per year at a charity or event of your choosing.
Team members receive paid holidays off on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving and the Fourth of July.
Team members are eligible for a simple IRA matching up to 3% gross pay after their first 90 days of employment.
